At Targus, we stand behind the quality of our protective gear and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a smooth inspection.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned device protection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
